This adapter is easy and makes the change from mini DVI on my Powerbook to S-video on my Vid Recorder.

I ordered and received it within about a week, easily in time for October 31. I use this with my MacBook to put out karaoke video to monitors via RCA connections. Just before my most recent gig (at Halloween), I needed this item fast.
This one worked instantly and I'm beyond pleased. Had purchased the Dynex brand for my MAC, couldn't get it to work at all.
In stark contrast to the Dynex knockoff I first bought that was completely worthless for both alternative connections. Works perfectly.
it is soooo worth the money. It was extremely easy to set up and now I can watch streaming video on my tv just as if I was actually watching television or a dvd. it's soooo not worth the money). (And don't even THINK about buying the cheaper Best Buy brand Dynex. Beautiful picture. Don't even hesitate about purchasing this product.
